The rehabilitation project of the Bab Sidi Abdelouahab square, inaugurated on Friday in Oujda by H.M. King Mohammed VI, brings strong added value not only to the old Medina of this city, but also to the entire capital of the Oriental, indicated the chairman of the board of the Al Omrane group, Badr Kanouni. The rehabilitation of this square, which offers a particular attraction in relation to the tourist aspect, is part of the great dynamic that this region is experiencing, he added in a statement to the press on this occasion. Kanouni also observed that this important project was realised thanks to the synergy existing between the various partners, including local authorities, elected officials, the Ministry of Housing, Urbanism and City Policy, Al Omrane, and especially the beneficiaries and the associations that represent them. And to add that the rehabilitation works never disrupted the operation of the commercial complex located there, which continued its activities as normally as possible.
