Three Web scammers put out of harm's way

We are in the Ismaili capital, Meknès. These three friends, aged between twenty-six and thirty-one, were born there, grew up there, live there, and meet there. Unemployed, all three need money. What should they do to have the money allowing them to meet their needs and live comfortably? Assault people? Burgle apartments and shops? Carry out a hold-up in a bank branch or a money transfer agency? The task seems arduous to them. In fact, they are looking for easier ways to fill their pockets with blue banknotes. Over the days, one of them manages to have an idea capable of obtaining money without a struggle. He proposes to his two friends to resort to the Internet, not to counterfeit banknotes, but to take advantage of the services offered by certain companies in charge of buying and selling on the Web. To explain it to them operationally, he turns on his PC, connects, and opens a very popular free classifieds site. He offers a very precious item, but at an attractive price. Buyers start contacting him. This alleged seller asks the buyer to send the sum of money via a money transfer agency while promising to send him the item via the Post in return. The buyer effectively sends the money, but he receives nothing. The first operation successful, they share the money and start the second and so on until the moment they manage to carry out 10 "transactions". None of the buyers received the slightest item. Pockets full, the three friends buy what they desire, frequent nightclubs, and laugh in total carelessness. But, finally, the 11th victim decides to file a complaint with the prefectural services of the PJ in Meknès. An investigation is initiated. And the trio falls into the nets of the elements of the 6th judicial section. The investigation reveals that the trio was using a national identity card of a person who had lost it in undetermined circumstances. In three months, the scammers managed to pocket, by this means, a sum of more than 100 thousand dirhams.
