Important diplomatic ballet
While Moroccan and Polisario negotiators were meeting in Manhasset for the 9th round of informal negotiations and the youth in the Tindouf camps were suffering the terror of the Polisario militias, the city of Laâyoune was experiencing an unprecedented diplomatic ballet. Never had the Parador Hotel received so many foreign visitors in such a short time.
