Built on an area of 1,640 m², over three floors and able to accommodate up to 250 employees, Intelcia's eighth customer relations platform required an investment of 10 MDH. The new site was inaugurated in the presence of Mamoun Bouhdoud, Minister Delegate to the Minister of Industry, and Mouâad Jamai, Governor of the Province of El Jadida. Intelcia is thus the first customer relations centre to set up in El Jadida. "The pressure on employment is naturally lower there, which makes it possible to guarantee a lower turnover rate than the sector average. Also, El Jadida has strong talent potential and a promising employment pool," explains the Group, which aims through this new installation to offer job opportunities to young Jdidis to work in their city. This site will also contribute, according to the Group, to its growth and the creation of new professions. "Intelcia relies on local talent, trained and graduated in El Jadida. Thanks to our approach focused on the development and support of our employees, the most promising profiles will certainly be part of our management of tomorrow," declares Karim Bernoussi, Chairman and CEO of the Group. Note that this expansion is part of the group's development strategy in Morocco and internationally. The group went from 300 to 3,300 employees between 2009 and 2012 and its turnover went from 79 MDH in 2010 to 722 million in 2013.
