Dakhla hoists the "Blue Flag" on Oum Labouir beach
Oum Labouir beach in Dakhla, included in the national "Clean Beaches" programme, has obtained the international "Blue Flag" label this summer for the fourth consecutive year.Lamine Benomar, Wali of the Oued Eddahab-Lagouira region, Governor of the province of Oued Eddahab, accompanied by Sidi Sloh El Joumani, President of the Dakhla Municipal Council, presided over the ceremony of hoisting the "Blue Flag" which took place on Saturday at Oum Labouir beach.The international "Blue Flag" label of the "Clean Beaches" programme, awarded by the Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection, chaired by H.R.H.
