Important seizure of spoiled meat in Berrechid
589 kilos of meat suspected of being spoiled were seized in a butcher's shop in Berrechid. The local authorities carried out a raid on a butcher's shop on Saturday, 12 April. They discovered this quantity of spoiled meat which was seized and destroyed that same Saturday, local sources indicate. Veterinary service agents proceeded to seize this quantity in the presence of members of the Berrechid Consumer Protection Association. According to the president of this Association, Mohamed Aboulfida, the regional services of the ONSSA are currently at work to draw up a report whose results should be announced shortly.
