Ben Ahmed (Arabic: بن احمد) is a city in Morocco. It is located in the Chaouia-Ouardigha region.

Ben Ahmed is a city located 80 km from Casablanca on the road to Khouribga, in the province of Settat, between Berrechid and Khouribga. Ben Ahmed has long been a major agricultural centre, which is part of an agricultural and tourist region.

The city has a high school, two middle schools, a vocational training centre, an IUT (University Institute of Technology), and several primary schools as well as private educational institutes (primary, middle, and high school).
