The announced war against anarchic constructions is experiencing new twists and turns day by day. The battle led by the authorities to eradicate this scourge continues, and the time is for seriousness. Indeed, the various arteries of the city, affected by this phenomenon, have experienced a real raid. And several of these illegal constructions have been reduced to dust. Zero tolerance is the order of the day and the marathon meetings of the officials of the various institutions involved in this affair continue to multiply to study the approaches and solutions capable of eradicating this phenomenon. In this capacity, a new meeting brought together the wali of Agadir, Mohamed Boussaid, and the various local officials. The objective being to highlight the decisions taken in this framework. And more precisely for the commune of Drarga. First sentence, give the citizens concerned a period of one month to rectify the situation in a legal manner. Thus, the inhabitants who have built, on their own land, in an illegal manner, now have one month to submit files for the legalisation of this situation. Furthermore, the administrative procedures adopted in this sense have been largely lightened. Thus, a one-stop shop will be opened by the urban agency on site to take charge of the files submitted. Let us note in the same framework that the response time to the requests submitted will hardly exceed 48h. This being said, a convention was signed between the wilaya, the urban agency, the urban commune, the regional council of the Order of Architects and the Association of Design and Control Offices. The said convention will allow the citizens concerned to access the services of design and architecture offices at affordable prices. Thus, the problem of administrative heaviness and the high cost for requesting construction permits are henceforth banished. No excess will be tolerated once this period has elapsed. Indeed, constructions not having this request for legalisation will be demolished within a month. It should be emphasised that this convention has allowed the inhabitants to benefit from very reduced prices to regularise their situation.
