The Casablanca Stock Exchange started on a positive note on Thursday, with its main index, the MASI, advancing by 0.25% to 14,806.18 points (pts).
The MASI.20, which includes the 20 most liquid stocks, rose by 0.27% to 1,199.26 pts, and the MASI ESG, an index of companies with the best ESG rating published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, gained 0.23% to 1,047.99 pts.
Regarding the MASI Mid and Small Cap, a thematic index measuring the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, it gained 0.25% to 1,506.47 pts.
In terms of individual stocks, CFG Bank (+1.68% to 223.7 DH), Société des Boissons du Maroc (+1.45% to 2,380 DH), Attijariwafa Bank (+1.1% to 577.9 DH), Ennakl (+0.77% to 33.95 DH), and Mutandis (+0.16% to 308 DH) achieved the best performances.
