The Casablanca Stock Exchange began its trading in the green on Monday, its main index, the MASI, progressing by 0.14% to 14,741.44 points (pts).
The MASI.20, grouping the 20 most liquid values, gained 0.2% to 1,193.32 pts, and the MASI ESG, an index of companies with the best ESG rating published by Moody's ESG Solutions, gained 0.01% to 1,041.86 pts.
Regarding the MASI Mid and Small Cap, a thematic index measuring the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, it advanced by 0.15% to 1,501.1 pts.
In individual values, Stokvis Nord Afrique (+5.96% to 16.7 DH), Involys (+3.95% to 99.9 DH), Totalenergies Marketing Maroc (+2.67% to 1,540 DH), Aluminium du Maroc (+2.21% to 1,434 DH), and Lafargeholcim Maroc (+2.09% to 1,950 DH) showed the best performances.
Conversely, the strongest declines were recorded by Stroc Industrie (-4.19% to 41.2 DH), Attijariwafa Bank (-1.46% to 565.6 DH), Hps (-1.4% to 562 DH), Cdm (-1.16% to 938 DH), and S.M Monétique (-1.08% to 237.4 DH).
On Friday, the MASI had closed with a decline of 0.02%.
