The Casablanca Stock Exchange closed lower on Monday, with its main index, the MASI, falling by 0.01% to 14,720.44 points (pts).
The MASI 20, an index grouping the 20 most liquid stocks, fell by 0.14% to 1,189.28 pts and the MASI ESG, an index of companies with the best ESG rating published by Moody’s ESG Solutions, decreased by 0.08% to 1,040.87 pts.
Against the trend, the MASI Mid and Small Cap, which measures the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange, rose by 0.06% to 1,499.69 pts.
At the international level, the FTSE CSE Morocco 15 and FTSE CSE Morocco All-Liquid indices ended with respective losses of 0.42% to 13,687.02 pts and 0.36% to 12,331.7 pts.
