An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.3 on the Richter scale was recorded on Monday in the province of Guercif, announced a statement from the National Institute of Geophysics, under the National Centre for Scientific and Technical Research.

The tremor occurred around 21:24 GMT, according to the Institute's national seismic monitoring and alert network, specifying that the epicentre is located in the commune of Taddart.
