Court ruling dismisses officials in the Selouane commune

The Administrative Court in Oujda ruled yesterday, Thursday, to dismiss six deputies of the president of the Selouane commune, which is territorially affiliated with the Nador province, from their membership and duties in the council, with the arrangement of legal effects and immediate execution.

It concerns, according to the data received by Hespress, Abdelhay El Ghrissi, the first deputy of the president of the commune, Abderrahim Tahiri (the second deputy), Lahbib El Menouar (the third deputy), Taoufik El Malki (the fourth deputy), Karim Bentla (the fifth deputy), and Samir Bouskhaf (the sixth deputy).

The governor of the Nador province had issued a decision last November to suspend the six deputies of the president of the aforementioned commune from performing their duties, four of whom belong to the Authenticity and Modernity Party and two to the National Rally of Independents party, until the Administrative Court in Oujda rules on their files.

This court decision came months after its ruling to dismiss the presidents of two communes in the same region, namely the president of the Taourirt commune and one of its councilors, and the president of the Ben Taieb commune, before the court ruled, at the end of last November, to strip 9 councilors of their membership in the latter council.
