Harhoura est une petite agglomération balnéaire et résidentielle marocaine, située en bordure de l'océan Atlantique, juste au sud de Rabat, la capitale. Elle fait partie de la préfecture de Skhirat-Témara, au sein de la région Rabat-Salé-Zemmour-Zaër.
Depuis le découpage administratif de 1992, Harhoura a le statut de commune urbaine. Auparavant, son territoire dépendait de la commune de Témara.
