Harhoura is a Moroccan urban commune in the Skhirat-Témara prefecture, in the Rabat-Salé-Zemmour-Zaër region.
It has a total population of 9,245 inhabitants (2004).
Harhoura is a small Moroccan seaside and residential agglomeration, located on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, just south of Rabat, the capital. It is part of the Skhirat-Temara prefecture, within the Rabat-Sale-Zemmour-Zaer region.
Since the administrative reorganisation of 1992, Harhoura has had the status of an urban commune. Previously, its territory depended on the commune of Temara.
