Fes hosts the 11th call centre exhibition
In its 11th edition, the SICCAM which is held in Fes on 16 and 17 May, will allow for taking stock of the evolution of the customer relations sector in Morocco.
The Fes Shore Park will host on 16 and 17 May, the 11th edition of the International Exhibition of Contact and Call Centres in Morocco (SICCAM). This event, which plans a stop in Meknes, will be dedicated this year to the question: "Customer relations: Building new North-South partnerships". It is also a question of highlighting the potential of Fes and Meknes in the field of offshoring to create a true hub for customer relations. An unmissable meeting for offshoring professionals, the SICCAM exhibition will bring together all the actors in the sector, namely, call centres, IT companies, recruitment and training firms, institutions and companies (all sectors) and future tele-advisors.
