A drug trafficking gang dismantled

Elements of the Tangier prefectural judicial police service arrested seven people at the end of the week during an operation that led to the dismantling of a drug trafficking gang in the Mabrouka district (Béni Makada arrondissement).According to a source from the judicial police, the operation, conducted under the supervision of the Tangier police prefect, required nearly two months of research and observation as well as the mobilisation of a significant number of police officers to surround the district and prevent the dealers from escaping through its many narrow alleys.
