Construction of 300 km of rural roads

During his speech to the members of the provincial council, the provincial director of the Ministry of Equipment and Transport, Abdesselam Amrani, was more than explicit when he addressed, in detail, the national rural roads programme, the achievements, and the prospects for the year 2012. The major operations to open rural roads meet the needs of more than 70,000 inhabitants and will allow for the opening up of rural centres and douars in the province of Tetouan. With the opening of rural roads, the Tetouan Directorate of Equipment and Transport is participating directly in the rise and socio-economic development of the various strata of the population in this part of the Kingdom.
