The headquarters of the national radio of Aïn Chock was burgled last Monday. The perpetrator of the theft has just been imprisoned. On this Monday, 16 June, the person in charge of the maintenance of the radio station's electronic and digital equipment presented himself to the police station under the "Ousra" district. The maintenance manager resorted to the judicial police to report a theft committed in his office, specifying that the stolen items were of significant value. It is a digital camera, a 3G modem, micro SD cards and three USB WiFi devices, according to a statement from the communication cell of the Greater Casablanca police prefecture.

Accompanied by the complainant, the elements of the criminal and scientific brigade, as well as those of the judicial police of the Aïn Chock district, found fingerprints and traces at the scene of the crime, in addition to a cap that could only belong to the alleged culprit. Fingerprint analysis made it possible to identify the person who turned out to be the private security guard of this establishment. Arrested, he confessed to having entered the office where he seized a digital camera, a WiFi transmission card in the form of a modem and two Smartphone displays, as well as two mobile phones. After an in-depth interrogation, the alleged thief declared that he had given the stolen items to four friends to keep them and return them to him later. The Public Prosecutor's Office ordered the individual to be held in police custody until he is presented to justice and the other four people arrested, still at liberty, will also be judged.
