International Mediterranean Film Festival

Created in 1985 by a group of film enthusiasts gathered in the Association of Friends of Cinema of Tetouan, the International Mediterranean Film Festival of Tetouan set itself the objectives of promoting and highlighting the cinematographies of the countries surrounding the Mediterranean. Since then, the city of Tetouan, which hosts professionals and lovers of the 7th Art at each edition, has been endowed with a major cinematographic project that it must protect, maintain, and develop for the benefit of quality, rich, and diverse cinema, and for the happiness of an audience thirsty for cinematographic works that reflect the various cultural and civilizational facets of the mare nostra.
