Tetouan promotes female entrepreneurship
The city of Tetouan hosted a Moroccan-Spanish conference on Tuesday and Wednesday on the theme "The woman entrepreneur and the social economy," organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services (CCIS) of the Tetouan wilaya and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Tetouan. This meeting, which saw the participation of women entrepreneurs and economic actors from Northern Morocco and Southern Spain, aims to develop the capacities of Moroccan and Spanish women entrepreneurs and to enhance their skills, with a view to benefiting from new investment opportunities in various sectors. The conference is part of the "Idara" program, a cross-border cooperation project between the province of Malaga and the Tangier-Tetouan region, aimed at strengthening and developing the competitiveness of companies on both sides of the Strait of Gibraltar.
