Murder in Tarfaya

Murder in Tarfaya

On the evening of Thursday, July 11, a 28-year-old man working in a bakery was attacked by a group of young people who dealt him several knife blows. The assault took place in a dark alley near Mohammed V Avenue in Tarfaya.

Once their crime was committed, the attackers fled, leaving the young man's body lying in a pool of blood.

Alerted, the elements of the gendarmerie went to the scene of the crime to conduct an investigation in order to identify the murderers and their motive.

Note that, for several months, the small town of Tarfaya, once peaceful, has become a refuge for several repeat offenders, pimps and drug traffickers. This situation is favored by the large influx of fishermen who have come from different regions of the country and among whom these criminals mingle without attracting attention.
