Grand finale of the "Clean Beaches 2014" programme

Dressed in its finest summer attire, the beach of Safi celebrated the "Clean Beaches" operation sumptuously from 1 to 31 August 2014. The closing ceremony took place on Friday, 29 August, within the village installed along the campaign and christened "Lawlabiayat Assafi for animation and environmental awareness". Initiated by Ciments du Maroc, under the aegis of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Environmental Protection, this ceremony officially closed the 2014 programme of the "Clean Beaches" operation. During this event, children from various associations in the city performed a unique show, punctuated by songs and dance, in addition to a fashion show during which creations made from fabric scraps, as part of the village workshops, were in the spotlight.
