Former mayor sued for breach of trust

A citizen has just filed a complaint with the King's Prosecutor at the court of first instance in Safi, denouncing what he described as a breach of trust and non-compliance with the clauses of the contract binding him to a real estate company represented by the former mayor of the city of Safi. After paying the sum of 30,000 dirhams, representing one-third of the price of the lot in question, the complainant was surprised by the sale of a semi-finished villa at a price higher than his own to a third party.He has therefore decided to resort to justice to clarify this matter and thus assert his rights.
