AFCON Morocco-2025
The draw for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON Morocco-2025) will take place on January 27 in Rabat, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced.
In a statement published on its website following a meeting of its executive committee held on Monday in Marrakech, CAF confirmed the dates for this continental competition, which will be held from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026, in Morocco.
The meeting of the executive committee of the African football governing body, which took place under the chairmanship of CAF President Patrice Motsepe, was notably devoted to reviewing the calendar of CAF competitions for the year 2025.
Thus, the next U17 AFCON will be held from March 30 to April 19, 2025, in Morocco, while the U20 AFCON will take place from April 26 to May 18, 2025, in CĂ´te d'Ivoire.
Furthermore, the final of the 2024-25 CAF Champions League will take place on May 24, 2025 (first leg) and June 1 (second leg).
Regarding the final of the 2024-25 CAF Confederation Cup, the first leg will take place on May 17, 2025, while the return leg will be played on the 25th of the same month.
As for the Women's Champions League: the opening match will take place on November 8, 2025, while the final will be played on the 23rd of the same month.
