The first 100% Moroccan car manufacturer opens its showroom in Rabat

Neo Motors, the first 100% Moroccan car manufacturer, opened its first showroom on Friday in Rabat.

This inauguration, which follows the presentation of the Neo Motors model to His Majesty King Mohammed VI in May 2023, was marked by the handing over of keys to a dozen customers, who thus became the owners of Neo Motors vehicles entirely designed and manufactured in Morocco.
The Rabat showroom presents the brand's first model, designed to meet the specific needs of the local market, reports the MAP.

Combining performance, safety, and environmental respect, this model announces a future range of vehicles, including electric ones, illustrating Neo Motors' commitment to innovation and sustainable mobility.
"This first Neo Motors showroom is the realisation of a dream", the founder and CEO of Neo Motors, Nassim Belkhayat, told the MAP.

"We had imagined this location four years ago, well before even the construction of the factory and the design of the prototype. Our vision was to fly the Moroccan flag high with the country's first automotive brand", he said.

Mr. Belkhayat was also delighted to present the Neo Motors vehicles to customers who will now have the opportunity to test, drive, and order the vehicles from this site.

He noted that Neo Motors aims to strengthen its national presence by soon opening around fifteen showrooms across the Kingdom, in partnership with the Marjane group and the company Speedy Maroc, which provides after-sales service for its vehicles.

This success is the result of fruitful collaborations with renowned Moroccan companies such as Crédit Agricole du Maroc (CAM), Crédit Immobilier et Hôtelier (CIH), and the financing organisations Sofac and Wafasalaf, which have supported Neo Motors in its development.
