Resumption of activities at the House of Representatives
The minor fire, which broke out Thursday afternoon on the terrace of the House of Representatives, was brought under control in record time, indicated the regional commander of civil protection in Rabat, Rachid Alami.
In a statement to MAP, Alami specified that the civil protection elements present on site, assisted by brigades from neighbouring barracks, managed to master the fire in record time, which did not cause any victims. This fire started following maintenance work on the air conditioning installations.
