The corpse of a Ghanaian national, reported missing since 17 October, was discovered on Tuesday by residents in a locality in the northern suburbs of Oujda, it was indicated by local authorities who reported the arrest of eight sub-Saharan Africans suspected of his kidnapping and murder. The body, discovered by residents of the Douar Zandafou under the rural commune of Angad, bore traces of violence on the head, the same source specifies. According to the first elements of the investigation conducted by the police services, it is the corpse of the person known in his lifetime as Jamal Eddine Imam, a student of Ghanaian nationality, reported missing since the 17th of the current month, it is added. The police services proceeded, within the framework of this case, to the arrest of 8 people, 7 Nigerians and 1 Liberian, suspected of being the perpetrators of the kidnapping and murder of the deceased, the same source indicates, adding that those concerned will be presented to justice.
