After Taroudant and Dakhla, the Akdital group concluded the year 2024 with the inauguration on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, of two hospital facilities in Meknes: a private hospital and an international oncology center. A new opening that is part of its territorial network policy to improve and enhance the healthcare offer by making it accessible to all Moroccans, whether they come from large, small or medium-sized cities. A multidisciplinary establishment that required an investment of 350 million DH, the Private Hospital of Meknes has 194 inpatient beds and 8 ultra-modern operating theaters, designed to international standards in terms of care. The intensive care unit includes 12 bays dedicated to general and cardiovascular intensive care, as well as 11 incubators for neonatal intensive care.

The establishment also has an interventional cardiology unit equipped with advanced technologies, with a catheterization room and another for stress tests, for the optimal management of cardiovascular and neurovascular conditions. The mother-child unit, focused on addressing the specific needs of pregnant women, newborns and children, is equipped with 17 beds and a modern nursery.

No more need for the people of Meknes to travel to neighboring cities to treat certain serious pathologies. The private hospital of Meknes has all specialties with an experienced medical staff and state-of-the-art equipment.

Regarding the International Oncology Center of Meknes, it is distinguished by an integrated and specialized approach to the diagnostic and therapeutic management of cancers. It includes a day hospital for chemotherapy, equipped with 20 chairs. The radiotherapy unit, equipped with a latest-generation linear accelerator, guarantees optimal treatment precision, reinforced by the use of a dosimetric scanner for personalized and secure planning.

This center reflects the clinic's commitment to offering cutting-edge oncological care, meeting the complex needs of cancer patients with rigor and medical excellence.

The Meknes Private Hospital, which is distinguished by its innovative care pathway offering personalized follow-up, has a state-of-the-art medical analysis laboratory, a complete radiology center, including an MRI, a scanner, standard radiography equipment, as well as ultrasound and mammography devices, allowing for rapid and precise diagnoses. The management of patients' medical data is completely digitized and centralized, which offers instant and secure access to the patient's file.

An emergency service operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is also made available to welcome patients in critical condition, with a continuous presence of anesthesiologist-intensivists on site.
