Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech is organising the eighth edition of the Student Creativity Festival from 10 to 13 March in order to promote the artistic talents of students.

Cadi Ayyad University of Marrakech (UCAM) organised the eighth edition of the Student Creativity Festival from 10 to 13 March at the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques (FST).

Falling within the scope of the University's cultural activities, this event proposes to encourage the student community to express itself fully and to promote its artistic talent with a view to developing student creativity. This initiative also aims to stimulate creativity, imagination, and innovation among students and to increase the cultural influence and reputation of the University both nationally and internationally. The programme concocted for this event, in which all the institutions under UCAM took part, included several cultural and artistic activities, such as music, theatre, poetry, visual arts, singing, storytelling, photography, and audiovisual.

In this capacity, this edition put participants in competition in the various creative fields and prizes were awarded on this occasion to the best achievements illustrating the extent and power of student creativity.

"This event is of particular importance in that it offers the opportunity for young talents to meet, to compare their significant experiences in the cultural and artistic field, and to strengthen the bonds of friendship," stressed the Vice-President of UCAM in charge of academic and cultural affairs, Belaid Bougadir, at the opening of the Festival. He also reiterated the University's commitment to continue its actions tending in particular to promote the cultural and artistic fields and to highlight young university skills and talents in all areas of creative expression.

Having been illustrated several times for having built a culture of creativity, UCAM is indeed full of energy and intelligence that contribute efficiently to its academic and scientific influence.
