The Marrakech Digital International Festival returns for its 4th edition, from the 28th to the 30th of November, with the main theme: "Re-mapping media art events and digital creation practices in the Arab world".

This year, the festival will pay an "offbeat" tribute to Terrence Malick, Wes Anderson, Tarantino, Bresson, and Ghassan Salhab, with a special programme for the Arab world. "More than 100 works are planned for this 2014 edition, namely: experimental films, auteur films, creative documentaries, video art, digital art and digital cinema, video installations...", indicates a press release from the organisers.

This unmissable event, which aims to unify various social components such as culture, art, and education, also offers the best Moroccan talents the opportunity to produce their work and benefit from masterclasses, workshops, and masterclasses under the supervision of cinema and media arts professionals.

It should be noted that Digital Marrakech also aims to generate interdisciplinary collaborations between the north and south poles, and to create an atmosphere of international exchange between Moroccan and international artists.
