Marrakech du Rire Festival: Jamel Debbouze, Baptiste Lecaplain, Miz and Eko on the bill
Fifteen shows, sixty artists and more than 70,000 festival-goers are expected during the 4th edition of the “Marrakech du Rire” Festival, scheduled from 10 to 15 June 2014. The event, directed by Karim Debbouze, brother of Jamel Debbouze, promises even more novelties. “This year, we went from 7 to 15 shows. Thus we doubled the closing gala,” specified Karim Debbouze, director of the festival, during the press conference held on Wednesday in Casablanca, in the presence of Salim Cheikh, Director General of the second channel 2M, as well as the young comedians Miz, Eko, Youssef Ksiyer or Hamza Filali. This festival 100% dedicated to humour will bring together a panel of national and international artists who will perform on different stages of the ochre city.
