Rotish and Mujer win the 14th edition
"The Kenyan Rotish and his compatriot Mujer win the 14th Laâyoune International Half-Marathon"
The Kenyan Luka Rotish and his compatriot Alice Mujer won the 14th edition of the Laâyoune International Half-Marathon on Sunday, organised under the High Patronage of H.M. King Mohammed VI and which coincides with the celebration of the 57th anniversary of Morocco's independence. Rotich completed the distance (21.097 km) in 1 hour 3 min 26 sec, ahead of the Moroccan Khalid Boumlili, a member of Chabab Sakia El Hamra, (1h 4 min 21 sec) and the Ethiopian Abraha Zebreba (1 h 4 min 21 sec). Among the ladies, Mujer arrived first with a time of 1h 12 min 22 sec, followed by the Moroccan Samira Riaf, a member of Raja Casablanca, (1h 14 min 59 sec) and the Ethiopian Salam Abir (1h 19 min 14 sec).
