Strengthening human rights education

The Regional Human Rights Commission of Laâyoune-Smara recently organised an information meeting in Laâyoune with the facilitators of citizenship and human rights education clubs. Hosted by the Regional Academy of Education and Training of Laâyoune, this meeting aimed to involve educational actors in the promotion of the culture of human rights, the protection of these rights, and the contribution to democratic construction. It also falls within the framework of the opening of schools in the Laâyoune-Boujdour-Sakia El Hamra region to their environment, facilitated by the implementation of the new charter for education and training.
