Bouarfa – The Provincial Committee for Human Development (CPDH) of Figuig held, Tuesday at the headquarters of the Bouarfa prefecture, its first meeting for the year 2025, dedicated to the examination and adoption of the human development plan relating to the programs of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) for this year.
The plan, adopted during this meeting chaired by the governor of the province, Mohamed Derhem, includes 61 projects distributed across the various programs of the INDH, for a total cost of more than 24.3 million dirhams (MDH).
Thus, the program for catching up on deficits in basic infrastructure and social services includes 25 projects programmed in the electricity and drinking water sectors, for a total cost of 6.35 MDH.
Within the framework of the program for supporting people in precarious situations, 12 projects with a budget of 5.15 MDH are planned, while the program relating to income improvement and economic inclusion of young people includes 6 projects for a total cost of 3.46 MDH.
Furthermore, the program for boosting the human capital of rising generations includes 19 projects with a budget of approximately 9 MDH, while a project with a budget of 300,000 dirhams is programmed to support the implementation of the Initiative's programs at the local level.
This meeting, in which the secretary general of the prefecture and the members of the CPDH took part, was held on the basis of the guidance note relating to the implementation of the INDH programs for the year 2025.
