The city of Errachidia is hosting, from 3 to 6 March, the first International Symposium on Computational Mathematics and Engineering Sciences (CMES2016), at the initiative of the mathematics department of the Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Errachidia. According to the organisers, this scientific meeting, which will see the participation of about a hundred researchers, academics, doctoral students, and industrialists concerned with applied mathematics and engineering sciences from Morocco, Egypt, Kuwait, South Africa, Malaysia, Algeria, Pakistan, and Tunisia, is part of the activities of the 2015-2016 academic season aimed at contributing to the dynamic and continuous development of scientific research.
The CMES2016, which crowns a succession of collaborations with internationally renowned researchers in the fields covered by the event, notably a scientific cooperation agreement between the FSTE and the Faculty of Sciences of Firat University Elazig-Turkey, aims to take stock of the current state of the participants' work in order to fructify existing relationships and identify new directions.
