FST of Errachidia: Something to roar with anger, to blush with shame

The public is certainly not at the end of its surprises regarding this Faculty of Sciences and Techniques of Errachidia. After the announcement of the resignation request of the new dean of the faculty, barely three months after his appointment with great fanfare, for having mentioned allergies and other private reasons, it was learned at the start of the 08/09 academic year that the delegation of signature at the financial level was cancelled by the president of the My Ismaïl University. The FSTE is therefore the only (or one of the few) university establishment(s) where the primary person in charge is deprived of the management of the "nerve of war", money. But apparently, our dean is no worse off for it. He even seems to have gained freedom of action. He must tell himself that he can no longer be blamed for anything, since he is only asking to leave.
