The fed-up attitude of the civil servants of the Chouaib Doukkali University

Nothing is going well at the Chouaib Doukkali University in El Jadida. And for good reason, the poor management of the administration, which is steeped in improvisation. This is what the local office of the FDT, section of the university presidency, has just announced, following an urgent meeting held on January 9th. After examining the unhealthy situation that has continued to deteriorate, the union office of the university presidency expresses, via a press release made public, its fed-up attitude, because of the poor treatment suffered by the civil servants of the presidency. Indeed, the union rises against the policy of exclusion practised by the presidency, judging it useless to involve civil servants and union representatives in order to set the priorities and needs of continuing education, through an agreement with the National School of Administration of Rabat, which has been a resounding failure at all levels. It also reproaches it for its actions which have the effect of undermining the dignity of civil servants and humiliating them, without forgetting the interference between the missions and roles of the general secretariat of the university and other services with no relation to its prerogatives. The local office of the FDT also wishes to remind the presidency of its failure in the restructuring of services, particularly those of economic affairs and human resources, and its unilateral decisions which do not serve the interests of the administration in any way. Finally, a call was launched to the president for the opening of an investigation into these failures, among others, which harm the image of the Chouaib Doukkali University.
