Volunteers “committed” to Bouznika

On the occasion of International Volunteer Day (IVD), national and international volunteers will participate in mini-international solidarity workcamps today, Saturday 6 December, in the coastal city of Bouznika. With the aim of beautifying public spaces, volunteers and anyone interested will be able to clean, paint, plant, exchange and celebrate volunteering around several mini-workcamps. With the collaboration of the Bouznika municipality, more than fifteen organisations linked to volunteering will be brought together in a fair, called the Agora Space, to make their work and civic engagement opportunities known to those present. Passers-by will also be invited to get involved in various activities, namely blood and clothing donations, awareness-raising around the fight against violence towards women, among others.The activities will take place from 10 a.m. at the Othmane neighbourhood…
