Closing of the School Orientation Days

Closing of the School Orientation Days

The curtain fell, Sunday in Agadir, on the nineteenth edition of the School, University, and Entrepreneurship Orientation Days which brought together, from May 8 to 10, exhibitors representing public and private institutions, universities and higher studies institutes, vocational training establishments, and banking institutions. Initiated by the "Orientation carrefour" institution, under the aegis of the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training and the Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs, this edition was an opportunity for pupils and students to learn about the prospects offered to them after the baccalaureate in fields as varied as business management, marketing, international trade, and new technologies.

The organisers indicate that this three-day event, placed under the sign "Orientation, presence, and performance", presents itself as a pedagogical caravan intended to give orientation a practical and rational dimension. In this perspective, the "Orientation Passport", of which more than 100,000 copies are distributed free of charge in the various schools targeted by this caravan, constitutes an exemplary guide to higher education and public and private vocational training and an important documentary fund for the benefit of the future baccalaureate holder.

The organisers have planned a series of workshops, testimonies, and conferences which, dedicated to introducing high school students and university students to the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, were hosted by experts and specialists in orientation, education, and training. Started, on January 16 and 17 in Nador, this nineteenth caravan of the School, University, and Entrepreneurship Orientation Days has travelled through about fifteen Moroccan cities, before heading to Agadir from May 8 to 10.
