The 7th edition of the "Parés pour l’avenir" programme
The results of the 7th edition of the "Parés pour l’avenir" (Ready for the Future) programme, intended to facilitate the integration of graduates into active life via trade, simulation and professional role-play workshops, were presented recently in Agadir.It is an educational programme that aspires to contribute to the reduction of graduate unemployment in view of the scale this phenomenon is taking, emphasised Lahoucine Aboudrar, Dean of the Faculty of Legal, Economic and Social Sciences at Ibn Zohr University in Agadir, the initiator of this programme in partnership with socio-economic operators in the Souss-Massa-Drâa region.Noting that this "small initiative" of the Faculty is intended as a contribution to bridging the gap between the supply of training, on the one hand, and the requirements of the job market, on the other, he noted that this programme includes training in the form…
