A wind of hope has just blown over the shores of Agadir. The statistics for December 2012 announce a clear increase in terms of arrivals and overnight stays compared to 2011. Rising from 50,112 in 2011 to 57,974 in 2012, the number of arrivals saw an increase of +15.69%. The same observation applies to the number of overnight stays, which went from 223,901 in 2011 to 271,826 in 2012, an increase of +21.40% during the same month compared to 2011. This growth is primarily attributable to the Russian market, followed by the Dutch market. The Swiss, Belgian, British, Spanish, and French markets are also among the markets that recorded an increase. Nevertheless, the Polish and German markets continue to plummet.
