The Wilaya of the Dakhla-Oued Eddhab region has signed an agreement with the General Mutual of Public Administration Personnel whose purpose is to expand health coverage for the benefit of civil servants in the region.
The General Mutual of Public Administration Personnel (MGPAP) has recently concluded, in Dakhla, an agreement with the Wilaya of Dakhla-Oued Eddhab. Crowning the first partnership linking the two parties, this agreement relates to the creation of a centre offering several health and social services in this city. By virtue of this protocol, the Wilaya undertakes to make available to the MGPAP premises that will house the centre in question.
"This health and social unit as well as the proximity office already in place are the product of a very fruitful partnership between the General Mutual and the local authorities aimed at bringing health services closer to members and their beneficiaries", stressed the Wali of the Dakhla-Oued Eddhab region during the signing ceremony. Considering that this initiative, which is essentially based on social solidarity, is one of the key elements of advanced regionalisation, particularly in the health and social fields, he stressed that this project will contribute to the expansion of health coverage for the benefit of all civil servants in the region.
For his part, the president of the MGPAP administration bureau, Abdelmoula Abdelmoumni, stressed that the development of administrative, health and social services offered in the Southern provinces was one of the priorities of the MGPAP and its governing bodies which "do not spare any means to guarantee quality health and social benefits, as well as administrative services in the Southern provinces". "The General Mutual works for the development of the mutualist system and for the facilitation of access for members as well as their beneficiaries to health services in accordance with the royal message addressed to the participants in the second Conference on health", he indicated.
The ceremony was also marked by the broadcast of a presentation on the services offered by the MGPAP, as well as on the major projects undertaken to implement its proximity policy and further develop the quality of services intended for members.
