Inauguration and launch of several development projects

Several development projects have been launched or inaugurated in several urban and rural communes under the Tata province, as part of the festivities marking the 17th anniversary of the Throne Day. The governor of the province, Hassan Khalil, thus kicked off the work relating to the rehabilitation of small and medium-scale irrigation projects, carried out within the framework of the Green Morocco Plan and supervised by the Regional Office for Agricultural Development of Ouarzazate. This work, which concerns the rehabilitation of small and medium-scale irrigation equipment at the level of the Algoum and Tlit communes, will require a budget of 1.4 million DH for the first commune and 1.06 million DH for the second, for a duration of 12 months.

A budget of 1.5 million DH has been allocated for the same purpose at the level of the Foum Zguid commune and 1.54 million DH at the level of the Tissint commune. A budget of 2.96 million DH has been mobilized to carry out the same work at the level of the Akinane, Akka Iguane, and Bni Yaâcoub communes. Furthermore, the construction site of the artisans' village in the Foum Zguid municipality is currently underway for a budget of 5.37 million DH. This village, which covers an area of 1,500 square metres, of which 922 are covered, is the result of a partnership between the Ministry of Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy, the Tata Provincial Council, the Foum Zguid municipality, and the Souss-Massa Chamber of Handicrafts.
