Tafersit (en arabe : تفريست) est une commune rurale marocaine de la subdivision de Driouch et de la région de l'Oriental, située dans le Rif. Elle possède un centre urbain, Tafrisset.
Elle a une population totale de 10403 habitants (2004).
Anciennement rattachée à la province de Nador, la commune de Tafersit fait partie de la province de Driouch depuis sa création, en 2009.
