Ouislane est le plus grand quartier de Meknès (au Maroc), connu chez la plupart des habitants de cette ville sous le nom de « l'usine » en raison de l'usine de ciment Lafarge, ou précédemment « Hay Soussi ». C'est désormais une commune urbaine.
