More than 500,000 visitors expected at the Moulay Abdallah Amghar Moussem

The Moulay Abdellah Amghar Moussem, which has acquired great fame at the national level, would draw this year more than 500,000 visitors from different regions of Morocco and elsewhere, indicated the organisers during a press conference organised recently at the "Mazagan" tourist site in El Jadida in order to present this religious and cultural event. The Moulay Abdellah Amghar Moussem counts among the oldest and largest of its kind in Morocco. This eclectic event, whose space is covered by a tide of 21,000 tents, is also reputed to be the largest gathering of fantasias with nearly 2,000 horsemen who flock from the different tribes of the region to offer the main attraction of this moussem, they added.
