The ordinary October session of the Souss-Massa Regional Council was scheduled to examine, on Monday in Taroudant, the draft agreement relating to the creation, financing, and governance of a Regional Development Company (SDR) dedicated to digital development and territorial intelligence, as well as its statutes. Postponed due to a lack of quorum, the session did not allow these texts to be put to a vote. The project nevertheless provides for a company with an initial capital of 10 million dirhams, called upon to deploy, at the regional level, a common base of digital services defined within the framework of a national system covering the twelve regions of the Kingdom.
