Ighil n'Oumgoun (en arabe : اغيل نومكون) est une commune rurale marocaine située dans le Haut-Atlas, le long de l'oued M'Goun qui coule entre l'Ighil M'Goun et Kelaat M'Gouna, dans la province de Ouarzazate.
