Many socio-economic and sports projects have been launched and inaugurated in Mohammedia within the framework of the 61st anniversary of the Revolution of the King and the People and the Youth Festival. On this happy occasion, Ali Salem Chagaf, governor of the prefecture of Mohammedia, proceeded, in the presence of numerous personalities, to the inauguration of a maternity ward in Aïn Harrouda. This medical structure, equipped with a doctor, paramedical staff, a midwife... cost a budget of 3.5 million dirhams. It will make it possible to align with the Ministry of Health's strategy and bring health infrastructure closer to patients. The new maternity ward would also make it possible to offer better care, but above all to contribute to reducing the risks associated with childbirth. For the same occasion, work was also launched on the development of the road surface of road 3004 and the public lighting of the same road. Within the framework of strengthening sports infrastructure, a local socio-sports complex was inaugurated in Aïn Harrouda. At a cost of 4 million dirhams, this complex is equipped with a multitude of multi-purpose rooms, a multi-sports field, youth spaces, a nursery and a youth centre. These multiple spaces will serve to occupy young people usefully. Work on the development of the road surfaces of numerous axes of the city of Mohammedia was also launched. These sites require a total budget of 13,586,280 DH. In addition, the two green spaces "Jardins Mali" and "Lamouma" will be rehabilitated for a cost of 888,288 DH. Still in the same atmosphere, the launch of technical studies for projects for the construction of a bridge at the Mesbahiat roundabout and the industrial zone as well as another motorway bridge at the level of Palestine Boulevard was carried out. The cost of the first project is 660,000 DH while the budget for the second project is around 228,000 DH. Furthermore, other sites were launched in the rural commune of Ben Yakhlef. These include, in particular, work on the development of road surfaces and squares as well as the construction of a boundary wall. Subsequently, the governor of Mohammedia proceeded to the launch of the development work on the road connecting road 3313 to the inter-communal landfill "Mohammedia – Benslimane".

In the same vein, the laying of the first stone for the construction of an animal breeding and production centre was carried out. The future centre is unique on the African continent. It has a global level and uses the most sophisticated and innovative technologies in medical sciences, biotechnologies in genetics. This centre, estimated at 60 million DH, will extend over 23 hectares.
