Aghbalou (in Tamazight ⴰⵖⴱⴰⵍⵓ, in Arabic: اغبالو) is a Moroccan rural commune in the Midelt province, in the Drâa-Tafilalet region. Its administrative centre is a small town of the same name.

The commune of Aghbalou was attached to the province of Midelt in 2009, when it was created. Previously, it was part of the province of Khénifra.

From 1994 to 2004, the population of the commune of Aghbalou grew from 7,258 to 8,292 inhabitants.

During the 2004 census, its chief town was defined for the first time as an urban centre of the commune, with a population of 1,703 inhabitants.
